soak in a hot bath with 1/2 cup bicarbonate of soda
Add 15 g of fresh crushed ginger or 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger to running water of bath for rheumatic pain(only use recommended amount of ginger.more could cause burning or reddening of skin)
for hot painful joints, bind with a clean slightly bruised cabbage leaf secured around the joint with a bandage-leave overnight.
blend 6 drops of tea tree oil with 10ml olive oil & apply before & after exercise (for better penetration add 10 drops of avocado oil to the blend)
