Include the following in your diet-oats, celery, parsley, mustard, fresh young nettles, feverfew(3 fresh leaves per day. Can be taken as a tea), raw vegetables & salads, white fish& poultry.replace refined flour with bran or oats
Increase vitamin & mineral intake, particularly vitamins b, c, & d, calcium & zincdrink diluted carrot juice with plenty of water or equal parts of carrot & celery juice
Dilute 5ml of essential oil of rosemary with 50ml of olive oil stored in an airtight, amber coloured glass bottle away from direct sunlight or heat. Use as required.
