Problem can be reduced by including the following into the diet-carrots, apples, figs, garlic, horseradish, lemons, onions, green peppers, raisons and oranges
Small glass of carrot & celery juice (in equal parts)
1 cup of parsley tea before bed
1 wineglassful of oregano or marjoram tea taken after meals during the day
