Include the following foods in you diet: cabbage, mustard greens, zucchini, squash, watermelon, spinach, raw beetroot (drink 1 glass of juice morning & night), asparagus, green peppers, freshly squeezed orange juice, watercress & tomatoes
Drink 3 to 6 cups parsley tea per day
Drink 2 to 3 cups yarrow tea daily for bladder weakness
