Cut out all white flour products diary products and sugars
Avoid tea & coffee
Include the following in your diet: asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, dandelion greens, fresh grated carrot and beetroot, chives, leeks, onions, lettuce, garlic, parsley, pineapple, sweet potato, oranges, mandarins and lemons

To fight infections eat raw garlic cloves
To assist with excess fluid & mucus in the lungs & air passages, try a small glass of horehound tea with ½ teaspoon of powdered ginger infused with the herb 3 times daily
Coltsfoot tea is a good expectorant. Take 1 cup 3 times daily
