Include the following foods in your diet-celery, carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, tomatoes, freshly grated raw beetroot, mushrooms, parsley, young nettle leaves, grapes & strawberries
Drink a cup of sage, rosemary or parsley tea twice daily. To speed up effect, add a pinch of cayenne
Apply a compress made from a strong infusion of sage (2 tablespoons sage in 300ml boiling water)
