Drink a cup of chamomile tea after dinner & another ½ hour before going to bed
Make a herbal bath with your choice of the following dried herbs: bay leaf, chamomile, lemon balm, hyssop, lime flowers, pennyroyal, valerian, rosemary, yarrow, or lovage. Place 2 tablespoons of one of the dried herbs in a 20cm square piece of muslin. Draw up sides & tie with a piece of ribbon. Hang bag under running tap when filling bath.
