Massage the affected area with linseed oil every few hours when pain is at it's worst. Follow up with daily massage until recovered
Bathe the affected area in a mixture of 50% linseed oil & 50% rosemary oil
Dip a cloth in warm vinegar & wring out & apply to affected area to reduce swelling & relieve pain. Use as hot as tolerable. Change frequently
