Include the following foods in your diet: alfalfa sprouts, apricots, dried beans, broccoli, freshly grated raw beetroot, capsicums, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, honey, horseradish, lemons, lettuce, lentils, mung beans, oatmeal, oranges, parsley, peaches, spinach, soya beans, sweet corn, sweet potatoes, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds & tomatoes
Drink 2 to 3 cups of rosemary or alfalfa tea daily
