Early stages - gentle finger tip massage in the direction of the heart using the following massage oil: thoroughly blend 27 ml hazelnut oil, 3ml wheatgerm oil, 20 drops geranium essential oil & 10 drops cypress essential oil. Store in an airtight amber coloured glass jar & use within 2 months
Apply the following compress: place 4 drops geranium essential oil and 2 drops cypress essential oil in a basin of enough hot water to cover a compress.
Soak compress for 2 minutes, squeeze until compress stops dripping. Apply compress & cover with plastic and warm towel. Leave on for 2 hours
